3CX Advanced
I have worked with VoIP solutions ever since Cisco Call Manager back in the day. Achieved the CCNP Voice Specialist when it was a thing. I have also worked on Enterprise open source VoIP solutions such as Freeswitch and Kamailio. Also did some work on minor VoIP solutions like Asterisk and Freepbx.
3CX is just so easy to manage and they are constantly releasing updates. Integrating with M365 is a cakewalk.
Certification Requirements
The last certification of the 3CX Academy course is the Advanced Certification. This course consists of seven modules which cover the more advanced settings of 3CX. These include: Bridges, Inbound and Outbound Routing, Security and Anti-Fraud as well as Basic Troubleshooting. Each module provides you with course content, supporting documents and some sample questions to make sure you are ready to take the exam.
